PICK-UP: Pick up work on Saturday, July 26th from 10 a.m. to NOON.

TCAG is not responsible for storing works. If you cannot pick up on the designated date, either ask a friend to do it for you, or make prior arrangements with one of the Members' Show Co-Chairs.

PREVIEW: Open to TCAG members, participating artists, and their guests, from 5:30 to 7 pm on Monday, June 16th. Participants are urged to attend!

SALES: All work must be for sale and must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show. TCAG takes a 35% commission. Artists will receive 65% of the selling price of works sold.

SUBMISSIONS: Deliver work with identification labels attached (on back of framed works or to the base of 3-dimensional works) to the Gallery on Saturday, June 7, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

ART LABEL:   Please affix this label to the back of the art before delivering to the gallery. All entries must have a title, even if it is "untitled", and must be for sale. Please make sure your entry form is correct.
There will be no changes after the MAY 31st entry deadline.
If you deliver a piece of art which does not match the title listed on the entry form, the piece will not be accepted (unless you're willing to exhibit it under the original title) !!!

ENTRY PROCEDURE:   TCAG Members may submit one (1) entry, not to exceed 100” combined height + width, including the frame, (e.g. 52”h x 48”w).

The maximum width for any piece is 48”.

Non-members may enter the Members’ Show by submitting TCAG Membership Fees (see rates below) along with Entry Form and Entry Fees of $25.

TYPES OF WORK: Original works in any medium (painting, photography, sculpture, pottery, etc) executed by the artist alone, and completed within the last 2 years, and not previously exhibited at the Gallery are eligible. If conceived from a photo, it should be the artist’s own and not infringe on any copyright. TCAG reserves the right to refuse entry of any work.

PREPARATION OF ENTRIES: Paintings and other 2-dimensional works must be framed, wired and ready for hanging. Works on paper should be under glass or Plexiglas. Canvases should be framed unless the painting wraps the sides & top of the canvas frame.

Unless a prior arrangement has been made with a Members’ Show co-Chair, Gene Chis or Karen Schwartz, works brought at any other time will NOT be accepted
