Elaine Abbott is an acrylic painter living in Williamsburg, Va. She majored in art at Hollins College and William & Mary in Virginia, graduating with a B.A. in Fine Arts. She later attended the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Fontainebleau, France. Her subject matter varies from magnified/bold florals, fruits, and vegetables to landscapes and animalscapes. In Williamsburg, she has exhibited at a one-man show at the Trellis Restaurant and a two-man show at This Century Gallery. Elaine also exhibits regularly at An Occasion for the Arts and Art on the Square in Williamsburg, as well as other venues throughout Hampton Roads and Virginia Beach.
